The first day started slow with registration and other formalities.I had a long discussion with the lady who was verifying my certificates.She wanted me to submit my original relieving letter and keep the xerox. Finally somebody told her that a photocopy was fine and she kindly yielded.
Got to know my batchmates in the evening. A long day ended with me acquiring a new skill set - Pole Dance. And incidentally this was not any ragging. My batchmates have a tendency to demand for un-social dances. There is also a Mahi-ve girl who gladly sings if anyone is willing to give the pole some company.
There is a lot of professionalism here and the college is great and there is no doubt about that because it was only because of this brand name that I decided to join NITIE. But there is still some lingering nostalgia and a latent yearning to go back. MBA dream does not yet seem to be realising. Although that sounds a little pessimistic to me and I must give myself and the course some time but I am banking more on the fact that since I have no other option my little doubts will finally get killed.
Well at the moment I am savoring it. I just read in some relationship course text "While in college your relationships are bound to change be it with your spouse, friends or family".Not looking for any change really. Just dont want another bit to make a landslide difference in my happiness :)

Hey!!! Was getting a little bored with these device drivers at my internship... so checked ur blog for the first time...
Regarding pole dance... did u do it in BIT during our ragging... (Hope u remember those days... or that day... :D)... Did i miss that show???
